4R Digital is building the end-to-end digital infrastructure that enables Skoot's integrated electric mobility and micro-retail ecosystem. Leveraging the team's extensive experience in designing and scaling digital financial services, 4R Digital is responsible for the development, and ongoing management of the Skoot technology platform.

At the core of this engagement is the Skoot App, which supports the full operational model across Skoot Ride, Skoot Mart, and Skoot Gas. The platform provides driver and retailer functionality including order management, routing, GPS tracking, digital payments, loan-repayment management, remote vehicle locking, and over-the-air updates. It also enables micro-retailers to access stock financing, energy products, and new income opportunities through a digitally managed marketplace.

4R Digital's technology integrates vehicle, battery, and charging-station data flows, underpinning Skoot's leasing and PAYG business models for electric 2- and 3-wheelers, swappable batteries, and charging assets. This includes connectivity with modular battery-swap stations, digital management of charging points, and support for job-allocation workflows that create predictable earning opportunities for riders.
